Founder and Board Member


Seham Hariz founded Mind Clarity and sits on the board which oversees the direction that the organization takes.  As a child refugee herself,  Seham has a deep and personal connection to the work we do at Mind Clarity.

Sharon Munroe brings a wealth of experience to the board as she has successfully run her own CIC, Equilibrium North West, for many years supporting those in the community. Sharon and also works as a business consultant specalising in health and social care.

Rachel Agnew  began her counselling with journey volunteering with Mind Clarity and is enthusiastic to be a part of the organisation as it grows. She brings her experience with working with multiple charities in the health and social care sector.
